Returns

We accept returns within 28 days after the items are received.

The shoes and accessories should not be used and come with the original tag. We can't accept earrings, for hygienic reasons.

You need to return all the items purchased in a single order. If you choose a delivery option other than standard, you will only be refunded for the price of the standard delivery.

Please note that customers must not use the original shoe box as the outer packaging for return shipments. If a return is received with the shoe box used as the outer packaging, we may not accept the return or may apply a restocking fee.

For international orders placed before 15th October, our Returns Portal won’t be available. You'll need to arrange the return of your items to our warehouse directly.

Return Shipping Costs

To make returns easier, we provide a portal where you can generate a shipping label.

For UK returns, we use Royal Mail to ensure a smooth and reliable process.

For returns outside of the UK, simply use our returns portal to access the appropriate shipping label for your location. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Prices

Below are the return shipping fees based on your location and parcel size. These charges will be automatically subtracted from your order total once we process your return.

International*

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns for some international locations.

While we still accept these returns, the customer will need to arrange and cover the cost of the return. The return prices will vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the country from which your order was placed.

The countries we are not able to cover international returns are: New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, UAE, Chile, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Mexico.

It's important you keep a receipt of the postage to the depot, up until the refund of the items and also please write a note inside the parcel as to why you are returning this to us.

CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges, our best advice would be to return for a refund, and then place another order for the correct size.
