Once you place your order, a shipping label is created for your parcel. Your order is then carefully picked and packed by one of our team members. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, along with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. We hope you enjoy the journey as much as we enjoy preparing your order for you!
Most of our deliveries are shipped Mon-Fri 9am and 6pm from the UK, next day orders need to be placed before 1pm on the same day. On occasion deliveries can be delayed due to events out of our control, when this happens we will look to work with our couriers to get your parcel moving. We are sorry an item is missing from your order, from time to time we do encounter inventory errors which means the product has not been availible when they team have come to pick your item. Please contact us regarding this so we can resolve this for you HELP@FOOTWEAR.COM

Unfortunatly as soon as you place your order our teams are on it- we know you dont like delays and need it fast!! This means we are unable to make any changes.
Please contact us with you name and order number starting 19204, we will then contact the delivery company on your behalf. If you are able to check your with your neighbours this can save us time and speed up the process, please contact us within 7 days from teh delivery date, otherwise we may not be able to claim for you.
We are unable to manually add a discount code after your have placed your order, however you can use your discount code on your next purchase, if the code is still valid.
